Trigan D tablets provide effective relief from pain and spasms, combining dicycloverine hydrochloride and paracetamol as active ingredients. This medication is used to alleviate pain caused by smooth muscle spasms, including intestinal colic, renal colic, biliary colic, dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain), and irritable bowel syndrome. Composition: Each tablet contains 20 mg of dicycloverine hydrochloride and 500 mg of paracetamol. Other ingredients include sodium starch glycolate, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, starch, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and magnesium stearate.
Usage: Recommended dosage for adults is 1 tablet three times a day. For children and adolescents aged 12 to 18 years, the recommended dose is also 1 tablet three times a day. Children aged 6 to 12 years should only use this medication under the guidance of a doctor. In case of inability to take the medicine orally due to illness, it can be administered through injections.
