Usage:
FLEXISEQ is for external use only. Simply apply an appropriate amount of gel to the painful joint twice a day (morning and evening). For knees, shoulders, and hip joints, apply the gel length of the index finger, while for ankles, wrists, and finger joints, use the length of the squeezed gel that is half of the index finger. Allow the oiled area to dry before reapplying.
