Enterol Powder 250 mg – Antidiarrheal Agent
Enterol 250 mg is an effective antidiarrheal agent designed to prevent or temporarily treat acute diarrhea caused by various factors in both adults and children. It is particularly effective for:
- Acute infectious diarrhea due to bacteria or viruses
- Diarrhea and colitis resulting from antibiotic therapy
- Prevention of Clostridium difficile relapse during vancomycin or metronidazole treatment
- Management of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

Enterol 250 mg is suitable for use in adults and children aged 6 years and older.
Composition
- Active Ingredient: Each packet of powder contains 250 mg of Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745, which consists of lyophilized Saccharomyces boulardii yeast cells.
Recommended Use
To prepare the oral suspension, pour the powder into a glass of water, milk, or your preferred drink, mix well, and consume immediately. The powder can also be mixed with food or added to the contents of a baby feeding bottle, ensuring it is consumed immediately.
Note: For children under 6 years of age, it is recommended to use the powder instead of capsules to prepare an oral suspension, due to the risk of choking.
