Exoderil 1% Cream
Exoderil 1% cream is an effective antifungal treatment designed for skin use. It targets and eliminates fungi responsible for various skin conditions. This cream is indicated for treating:
- Pityriasis versicolor (yeast infection of the skin)
- Dermatomycosis with skin inflammation
- Interdigital mycosis (Tinea manus, Tinea pedis)
- Fungal infections like Tinea corporis and Tinea inguinalis in skin and skin folds.
Composition: Active ingredient: Naftifine hydrochloride. Each gram of cream contains 10 mg of naftifine hydrochloride.
Usage: For external use on the skin only. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Follow these steps:
- Clean and dry the affected area and surrounding skin, then wash your hands.
- Apply a thin layer of Exoderil cream to the affected skin and surrounding area.
- Wash your hands after application to prevent spreading the infection.
- If treating skin folds, you can cover the area with a clean gauze strip, especially overnight. Replace with a new strip after each use.
