Prepare according to the desired energy intake:

1000 ml (1000 kcal): 850 ml water + 24 scoops (200 g)

1000 ml (1500 kcal): 750 ml water + 36 scoops (300 g)
Preparation Instructions:

Measure cool boiled or bottled water (room temperature).

Add the required number of level scoops using the enclosed measuring spoon.
